Yo Dumplings is the evolution of a family passion, brought to life by Chef Jocelyn Dupree. After hitting the streets with the successful 509 Dine BBQ food truck, Jocelyn returned to her love for Asian cuisine, creating a revolutionary pop-up brunch series that sold out instantly. That success forged our identity: street-food fusion defined by the marriage of Southern smokehouse flavor and delicate Asian technique.
